- Executive Summary – A short overview of the business idea, including its purpose and key value proposition.
- Company Description – Details about the business name, mission, vision, structure, and goals.
- Market Analysis – An overview of the target market, industry trends, customer segments, and major competitors.
- Organization & Management – Description of the team structure, key roles, and any relevant experience.
- Products or Services – What the business offers, how it meets customer needs, and what makes it unique.
- Marketing & Sales Strategy – How the business will attract and retain customers, pricing strategy, and sales approach.
- Operations Plan – Key activities, location, suppliers, technology, and other operational details.

- Appendix – Any additional notes, charts, or resources.
The plan should be written in clear, professional language suitable for a business course. Make assumptions if needed and explain them briefly. Use bullet points and tables where appropriate. The tone should be realistic but positive, like a pitch to potential partners or investors.
