- Objective: Begin writing the body of the paper by focusing on one major aspect of the figure’s life.
- Instructions:
- Topic Sentence: Start the body paragraph with a clear topic sentence that addresses one key aspect of your historical figure (e.g., their early life, major achievements, etc.).
- Evidence and Explanation: Include evidence from your sources to support your topic sentence. Be sure to explain how the evidence helps answer your research question.
- Citations: Properly cite all information used from sources in-text (e.g., "According to Smith, the figure...").
