This is a 10th and 11th grade course.

This 36-week World History 2 course offers an in-depth exploration of global history, focusing on key developments from c. 1200 to the present. The course is divided into thematic units that cover a wide range of historical periods and themes. Students will investigate major civilizations and empires, trade networks, revolutions, and global conflicts. The curriculum begins with the study of early global interactions and state-building from c. 1200 to c. 1750, before moving on to the impact of transoceanic exchanges, revolutions, and industrialization from c. 1750 to c. 1900. The course then examines the 20th and 21st centuries, including global conflicts, the Cold War, decolonization, and contemporary issues. Throughout the course, students will engage with a variety of historical sources, including primary documents and secondary analyses, to develop critical thinking and writing skills. Regular assessments, including quarterly exams and a comprehensive final exam, will evaluate students' understanding and preparation for the AP exam.

This 36-week high school Economics course is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of both macroeconomic and microeconomic principles. Split into two semesters, the course begins with AP Macroeconomics in the first semester, focusing on the broader aspects of national economies. Topics include economic indicators, aggregate demand and supply, fiscal and monetary policies, and international trade. The second semester shifts to AP Microeconomics, exploring decision-making at the individual and firm levels, covering supply and demand, market structures, and the role of government in addressing market failures. With two lessons per week, the course includes measurable objectives, quarterly assessments, and culminates in both a semester and a final exam, ensuring students grasp key economic concepts and their real-world applications.

This is an 11th or 12th grade required science course. 

Either Chemistry or Biology can be taken in 9th grade and the one not taken in 9th grade needs to be taken in 10th grade. In addition, students may choose to take a half credit of both Chemistry and Biology in both grades.

This 18-week Prompt Engineering course focuses on the practical application of AI tools such as ChatGPT and DALL-E. The course is designed to develop core skills in prompt creation for both text and image generation. Students will learn to craft, refine, and evaluate prompts, addressing various real-world applications, from creative writing to visual content creation. The course also emphasizes ethical considerations and critical thinking in AI interactions. The outline is divided into thematic units, each with clear, measurable objectives for every week, and includes quarterly assessments to track progress.
