🎧 Listening (Overview)

In this unit, students will practice listening through short videos and simple classroom dialogues. The listening activities focus on understanding basic English used in an English class, including:

  • Common classroom instructions
  • word list
    (e.g. listen, repeat, spell, say, read, write,ask,point,type,watch)
  • Simple interactions between the teacher and students
  • Self-introductions and spelling names
  • Identifying key information such as names and classroom actions

👉 The listening focus is not on details, but on recognizing keywords and common classroom expressions.


🗣️ Speaking (Overview)

The speaking activities encourage students to start speaking English in a supportive, low-pressure environment, with a focus on:

  • Introducing themselves using simple sentences
  • Answering basic classroom-related questions
  • Spelling their own names clearly
  • Using common classroom verbs in short responses
  • Participating in simple pair or group exchanges

👉 The goal of speaking is confidence and clarity, not perfect grammar.
